AGC and Gar Kenyon in the course of its business, performs work as an FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) licensed repair station. All applicants for employment with the Company who may be hired to perform work will be required, as part of their final screening process, to submit to urine testing for evidence of substance use/abuse of amphetamines, cocaine, marijuana, opiates and phencyclidine (PCP). Refusal to submit to substance abuse testing or failure to successfully complete a substance abuse test (i.e., positive test result) will result in the applicant being not medically cleared for and being rejected from employment. In addition to applicant substance abuse testing, the compay does substance abuse testing of employees on a reasonable suspicion basis, and for safety-sensitive or high risk jobs, and performs random substance abuse testing in areas mandated by the FAA.

I understand that any job offer with AGC or Gar Kenyon is conditional upon my ability to establish employment eligibility under the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 and the satisfactory completion of any applicable medical assessment and/or substance abuse testing.
